MCC student email not syncing via mail clients

Student Technology Services has discovered that Office365 student email accounts have stopped syncing with 3rd party mail clients, including, but not limited to, Android mail clients, iOS mail client, Gmail, Thunderbird, Outlook and Mac Mail.

There are alternate methods for students to check their email.

Currently, the Microsoft Outlook app for Android & iOS will properly sync email on mobile devices.
Windows Mail client on Windows 10 & 8 devices will also properly sync MCC student email accounts.

Students can access email at the web client on any device with an active internet connection either directly at https://www.outlook.com/student.monroecc.edu or by logging into myMCC and clicking on the "Student Email" icon at the top.

MCC administrators are working with Microsoft to identify the cause.
