From MCC's homepage, go to 'Quick Links,' scroll down and choose 'Video Server.' Next, click on the blue 'Video Content' (middle of page). Now under 'Live Programming,' click on MCC Live Channel #3. Wait to buffer and adjust volume.
Note - the stream will appear at 12:00 or a few minutes thereafter.
