Wondering what's on the menu for the next two weeks at Food For Thought?


Food For Thought, MCC’s student-operated instructional laboratory, will be moving onto its third cycle menu of the semester.  Check out the menu below.  In the restaurant, open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 am to 1:15 pm, all food is fresh, non-processed, reasonably priced, as well as house-made and served daily by students in the Hospitality Management program.   Please call 292-FOOD (X3663) for reservations or to place a take-out order.  We look forward to serving you!!!

With choice of sauce: Honey Mustard, BBQ, or Spicy Wing Sauce

With caramelized onions and bleu cheese

Lentil and Quinoa Veggie Burger (contains cashews) - $5.69
With lettuce, tomato, onion, and tzatziki

Three cheeses, NYS sharp cheddar, Swiss, and provolone in a  creamy white sauce
