FA Scholarship Committee Names Honoree!

The FA Scholarship Committee would like to thank those who nominated the many worthy nominees for honoree this year. Diane Cheasty, Professor Emeritus, Hospitality Department, has been chosen as this year's FA Scholarship honoree. As stated in her nomination, submitted by colleague Jesse Redlo, Diane was a trusted teacher and mentor to many Hospitality students, who could always count on her for not only learning timely industry information, but also for a compassionate ear. Diane put in place many of the procedures for our student-run restaurant that are still in use today.
