MCC has just completed an upgrade on the ImageNow software. In order to use ImageNow, you will have to install the upgraded program on your pc. You can install this upgrade yourself by double clicking on the following file on the M: drive: M:\Offices\Shared\ImageNow54\install.bat.
The install will open in a separate window and will take about 1-5 minutes depending on your pc configuration. You will not have to respond to any messages during the install. Once the install is complete the window will automatically close.
After the install is complete you will have an icon on your desktop for ImageNow 5.41. You can delete icons for the old ImageNow 5.2 version from your desktop (right click on the icon and choose "delete".)
To open the upgraded ImageNow application, double-click on the ImageNow 5.41 icon. Login to ImageNow using your normal MCC network userid and password. Once logged in be sure to select the drawer that you normally access using the drop down box. For most users this is the "Student Records" drawer.
