Don't Lose your Saved Files

Because storage on individual pc's is not backed up, you should treat it as temporary storage.

  • Do not store files on your PC ("This computer", C Drive, Desktop, etc.) Files saved on a PC are not backed up, so your work will be unrecoverable if your files are infected with a virus, deleted in error, or if your computer is damaged or lost.

  • Use the M-Drive or the U-Drive to save your work. The M-Drive stores files that are meant to be shared. The U-Drive stores your work files for your access only. Both are backed up securely.

If you have questions about file storage, please call Technology Support at x8324.
