Twenty-five student, faculty and staff members of the Honors Institute visited the George Eastman House on Friday, September 27 to view The Gender Show exhibit. The exhibit explores the presentation of gender in photographs, ranging from the archetypal to the non-traditional to the subversive. The show addresses issues raised in a number of Honors courses taught throughout the academic year, including Honors Introduction to Sociology, Honors Introduction to Psychology, and more directly, the Honors Seminars Female Icons and Violence, Art and Activism.
