All full-time College employees are eligible to establish a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) which is a tax saving benefit to employees.
The 2010 FSA enrollment forms have been distributed by College mail. Forms will also be available on the MCC Website and in the Human Resources Office.
Please note that there are many over-the-counter (OTC) drugs that can now be paid for with pretax dollars through your FSA. For additional information regarding OTC drugs and Flexible Spending Accounts please see the attached document. It also contains a guide to help estimate how much to put away into your Flexible Spending Account this year.
