Skunk Hour to Feature Student, Faculty Authors

This Friday, Dec. 3, the final Skunk Hour for 2004 will be held on the Brighton Campus, in the Black Box Theatre, at noon. This Skunk Hour is a special treat since it marks the first time in the reading series’ five-year history that a student will be one of the featured readers. Student Christopher Chester will read stories, written as partial fulfillment for an Independent Study course (with Instructor Tony Leuzzi) in Postmodern fiction. Also featured will be the English/Philosophy Department’s Tony Vinci, an exciting, energetic, and creative teacher who will also read original work.

Skunk Hour is a creative reading series that showcases the work of faculty and staff from across the college. It is free and open to the entire college community. For more information, please contact Skunk Hour’s co-coordinators Doug Brooks (292-3343) or Phil Snyder (292-3374).
