This summer the Photo ID/Student E-mail Helpdesk located in 3-139A will be extending our hours in order to be able to better service our customers. We will be open Tuesday – Thursday from 9am to 3pm except for orientation days (see below). This schedule is effective Tuesday, 5/29 thru Thursday 8/30.
Current returning students and faculty/staff that need replacement IDs will be able to get them during these times. New faculty and staff, once all their paperwork has been processed by Human Resources, can also get their IDs done during these hours. Please feel free to call the office (292-2555) in advance to ensure that your information has downloaded to our system from Human Resources.
All summer and new fall students will not be able to get IDs at this time. IDs are not required for summer students and new fall students must attend an orientation during July or August in order to get their IDs before classes start in September.
