Congratulations to Jennifer Caruso, Director of Student Accounts

Approved by the Board of Trustees at their April meeting, I am pleased to share that Jennifer Caruso has been hired as the Director of Student Accounts reporting to Controller Mike Quinn in the Administrative Services Division.  Jen started serving as Director on March 7, and has been serving the College since 2016 as Associate Director for Student Accounts and as Assistant Director since 2010.  Her career started in 2001 serving as a Student Accounts cashier for MCC.  She has earned four degrees including a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Human Resource Development.  Jen has 20 years of experience relating to student receivables including billing, collections, write-offs, and account reconciliations.  She was the recipient of the 2019 MCC League of Innovation Award for Dwight, A Campus Response to Address Food Insecurity. Professional highlights include serving as a Middle States Accreditation Committee member for the College, a member of the Express Enrollment Days Leadership Team, MCC Single Moms Success Network Team member, and Title III Grant Financial Plan Work Group, to name a few.

The College will mutually benefit from Jen’s extensive MCC experience and leadership skills since 2001 serving the fiscal needs of our students.  Please join me in congratulating Jen in this new role.
