Apply Today for the High-Impact Practices Summer Institute!


The 2016 High Impact Practices Summer Institute applications are available on the TCC website at https://web.monroecc.edu/tcc .  Both full-time and adjunct faculty members are encouraged to apply!  The application is due to Alison Albright (Title III: High Impact Practice Specialist) by April 5th.

Do you have questions about the Institute application?  Renee Dimino (Institute Director) and Alison Albright will be holding office hours in the Brighton Campus TCC (12-201) on Monday, March 21st from 1:00-3:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, March 23rd from 2:00-3:00 p.m., and they will be happy to assist faculty with completing the Institute application.

2016 High-Impact Practices Summer Institute details:

Who can apply?
All current MCC full-time and adjunct faculty are encouraged to apply.

What High Impact Practices will be featured?
Applicants can choose to learn how to integrate one of the following High-Impact Practices into one of their 2016-2017 courses: Collaborative Learning, Service Learning, and Learning Communities.

When is the Institute?
The Institute will run from July 25th-28th from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and participants will be expected to attend the full Institute.

How will I be compensated for my time?
All participants will receive a $1000 stipend funded by Title III: Building a Culture of Engagement and Success.
