Downtown Campus Parking - Apply Now for Card Access to Faculty/Staff Reserved Parking Area in Kodak Lot D

The new Downtown Campus will soon have reserved faculty/staff parking available in Kodak Lot D. Kodak Lot D is located across Morrie Silver Way from Frontier Field, just a few steps from the main entrance to the Downtown Campus. Interested faculty/staff should submit the attached form to the Parking Services Office by June 30, 2017 to be considered for the initial distribution of access cards. It is not necessary to be a 12-month employee to be eligible. Faculty/staff that do not work during the summer, but will return for the fall semester, are also eligible to apply for a Kodak Lot D access card at this time. Faculty/staff members will be issued an access card authorizing entry into gated parking Lot D and parking in reserved sections #8, 9, 13, and 14 based on their assigned work location and any college contractual obligations.

Parking spaces in Lot D would be ideal for the faculty/staff member who:

  • Wants the convenience of driving to work without worrying about finding a space in Lot AA or Lot BB.
  • Wants to park in a parking lot dedicated to faculty/staff.
  • Parks at the Downtown Campus multiple days or times during the week.
  • Wants to park in near proximity to the campus entrance.

Parking in Kodak Lot D is on a volunteer basis.

Faculty/staff members authorized to park in Kodak Lot D, reserved sections #8, 9, 13, or 14, will not be permitted to park in MCC's Lot AA or Lot BB. This is to ensure adequate parking for all students, visitors, and faculty/staff. MCC Public Safety, MCC Parking Services, and Kodak Security will enforce parking in Kodak Lot D.

A $10 deposit is required for all Lot D access cards issued to faculty/staff. The deposit will be returned once the access card has been returned to the MCC Parking Services Office.

If you are not sure where these new MCC parking lots are located, or the differences between the various Downtown Campus parking lots, please refer to the attached documents for additional information.

If you have any questions, please contact the Parking Services Office at 292-2700 or parkingrequests@monroecc.edu.
