Banner INB has been enhanced to enable searching by using an e-mail address or a telephone number. This new functionality is available on the new form, General Search (GUISRCH).
*You can enter only one search criteria at a time – e-mail or phone.
*Searches are NOT case sensitive.
* If the telephone number is used for searching then any null phone entry (country, area code, phone) will be assumed to be %.
* The search results are limited to 1000.
* The form also allows searching by Additional ID but this functionality is not being used at this time.
