Please make sure to request a final exam for the Fall semester. If you do not request one, you risk losing access to your room during final exams week, 12/19/15-12/23/15.
Directions to access the Faculty Final Exam Survey:
1. Log into Banner Self Service
2. Click on Faculty Services
3. Scroll down to Schedule a Final Exam
4. Complete the electronic form
5. Remember to click SUBMIT when you are finished
You will receive an automatic response when you have completed the request(s) successfully!
