Registration is now open for the 2nd Annual Winter Teaching Institute, to be held Wednesday, January 9th at DCC. This event is co-sponsored by the Education Department and the Teaching & Creativity Center and is open to all faculty (senior, new, tenured, untenured, adjunct), professional staff, and administrators.
We will have several dynamic workshops on the following topics:

Practical Strategies to Actively Engage Students
Rethinking Classroom Assessment: Applying Principles of Universal Design
Promoting Active Learning through Project Based Learning
Cooperative Learning and Collaborative Learning … So Much More than Just “Group Work”
