TCC Workshops on The Flipped Classroom

Given the very high levels of interest in our Faculty Inquiry Group on the Flipped Classroom, the Teaching & Creativity Center will host two workshops to introduce faculty to the flipped classroom.

“What is a Flipped Class?”  (Monday, October 21st, 12-1pm, Brighton TCC: 12-201)

This workshop is for those of you who haven’t had much exposure at all to the concept of the Flipped Classroom.  It is an introduction to the “what” and “why” of the flipped classroom.  (If you’ve read the “Flip Your Classroom” book, this may be redundant for you).

“Is Flipping Right For Me?” (Monday, November 18th, 12-1pm, Brighton TCC: 12-201)

This panel/brown bag session is geared to you, to help you decide if the flipping model would be appropriate for your classroom.  Come prepared to share your questions and ideas.

We hope to see you there!
