The Foreign Film Fest Continues This Week


The Fall 2005 Foreign Film Fest continues this Thursday, November 3, with the following two films:

"The Spanish Apartment (L'auberge espagnole)" Comedy in French, 2002, about a French student who moves into an apartment in Barcelona with six other students from all over Europe. Introduced by Charlotte Marcy.

"Walk on Water" Drama in Hebrew, German and English, 2004, a touching film about an Israeli secret service agent and the grandchildren of a Nazi war criminal. Introduced by Yona Koter.

This event will begin in Monroe B of the Warshof Conference Center, Flynn Campus Center. Arrive at 6:00 p.m. to mingle and enjoy some ethnic nibbles and food sampling. The films will be introduced at 6:30 p.m. Two films will be shown concurrently on each of the specified dates. All films have English subtitles. The Foreign Film Fest is free and open to the public.
