Perspectives on Corporate Recruiting for Latinos and African-Americans by a Fortune 500 Corporation


Faculty, staff and students are cordially invited to attend the workshop “Perspectives on Corporate Recruiting for Latinos and African-Americans by a Fortune 500 Corporation” on Friday April 10, 2009 from 12:00 – 12:50 pm in Building 6 Room 421.  The guest speaker is Richard Cromer.

Mr. Cromer has worked for Kodak & ITT Industries since 1997 as a Corporate Recruiter. He specializes in the recruitment of Latinos and African-Americans in the Northeast section of the U.S. He earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science and a M.S. degree in Software Development & Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology. The workshop is sponsored by MCC’s Doorway to Success program.
