Dr. Emeterio M. Otero, Executive Dean of the Damon City Campus and Community Relations, was the recipient of a Community Service Award presented by the Haggai Chapter #41 Holy Royal Arch Masons PHA on April 9, 2011. He was selected based upon his long-term involvement with various community organizations. The Haggai Chapter’s objective in giving this award is “to create an awareness of the various ways that they may be of service to the communities in which they live, work, or have their roots … and make members aware of the services offered by the various groups in the community”.
