Gold Certification Earned for Downtown Campus

Nearly 50 people--including county legislators, architects, construction contractors, our High Falls friends and the MCC community--joined County Executive Dinolfo and President Kress to celebrate the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) gold certification earned for the Downtown Campus.

It is the fourth facility at MCC to achieve the gold designation--and its fifth LEED certification overall. MCC's long-held commitment to sustainability is evident in everything from the learning environment to the curriculum to the daily operation of MCC's sites.
