How to Find an Online Course!

Welcome back everyone and best wishes for 2008 from the Office of Online Learning.  In order to better assist students as they are register for online courses I thought you might like some tips on how to find these courses!  The online learning web pages have been updated and there are now several places students can access to see what is being offered online, and to learn how to log into their courses.  Here are a few ways to direct students to the online course listings:

  ·         Go to: <"
https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/distlearn/CourseList.htm">

·         On the MCC Homepage go to either the Prospective Student page or the Current Student page and click on the Online Courses icon at the top of the page

·         Go to Quick Links, Online Learning, Courses

To actually log into the course, students should go to: <"
https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/distlearn/CourseList.htm"> Click on the semester they want, then click on their individual course title and follow the instructions on the page.

For more detailed information, I have attached the letter students receive when they register for an online course.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at:

<"mailto:pvankirk@monroecc.edu"> or phone 292-3441.

Have a wonderful semester!
