Balloon Manor once again will be featuring their amazing air-filled balloon sculpture in the Sibley Building from February 23 – March 8, 2015. The theme for this year is Under-Sea Adventure. The event is free and open to the public. Please note that the sculpture is built with latex balloons. If you suffer from or have allergic reactions to latex, it is extremely important that you contact Antonia Custodio to discuss an action plan to ensure that your needs as a community member are met. As a precaution, Balloon Manor will be posting signs at all entrances of the building two weeks prior to the start of the event to alert the public visiting the building.
