Tom Proietti, professor, VaPA, will be a guest on the WXXI-TV program Need To Know airing tonight, 8:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 16, 12:30 p.m. Proietti will discuss how today's broadcasters are dealing with tougher FCC regulations and what these regulations mean to decency and free speech.
