Kemetic Yoga: A Restorative Practice for Life, Prosperity, and Health

Kemetic YogaTM is the ancient Egyptian system of Yoga enlightenment based upon the practices of physical movements combined with controlled deep breathing, meditation, and aromatherapy.

All faculty and staff are welcome to join Certified Kemetic Yoga Teacher Lomax Campbell for a 40 minute session on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm in the Dance Studio on the 2nd Floor of the Downtown Campus, Room 250.

Lomax R. Campbell, Assistant to the Vice President of Economic Development and Innovative Workforce Services and Interim School Specialist for the School of Applied Sciences and Technologies, is also an active member of the MCC Diversity Counsel and the MCC African American Affinity Group.
