TutorTrac Error Message Resolved

We recently learned some students have experienced an error message when trying to book an appointment for select courses through MCC’s TutorTrac system. Our TAAC staff has worked with Redrock to fix the scheduling issues, and the error message is now resolved.

We can assure everyone that the TAAC has plenty of tutors available to assist students in need of support. Tutors are available for both scheduled and drop-in appointments. Students can book appointments at Brighton, Downtown, or online. Please see scheduling information below.

Faculty members may also encourage students to contact Ann Bauer and Martha MacDonald directly, if they have questions or need assistance with scheduling appointments.

TUTORTRAC

TutorTrac is a free online tutoring platform that allows students to schedule live sessions with MCC tutors during scheduled hours. This service provides one-on-one, live support with content experts in MCC specific courses ranging from Math, Biology, English, Business, Psychology, and Writing, among many other content areas. Sessions are held within an interactive virtual classroom in which students can video chat with an MCC tutor, screen share, and upload documents in real time.
