Honors Students selected for the Northeast Regional Honors Conference


Five MCC Honors students submitted proposals to the Northeast Regional Honors Conference and were accepted for presentation in April, 2015. The students and their papers are:

Taylor McPherson, “Cate down: Prejudice, prison, and the American Orphan”
Suhail Prothasong, “projectMove: Connect Yourself to You”
Sawinee Sachdev, “Contemporary Slavery: The Proliferation of Sex Trafficking in the United States”
Amrita Singh, “Two Rochesters”: Navigations of Identity and Ideology in the Rhetoric of Mayor Lovely Warren”

Professors Scott Rudd and John Wadach supervised these student research projects, promoting MCC’s commitment to undergraduate research.
