Student and community leaders of the Holocaust Genocide Studies Project at MCC have expanded the mission and vision of the Project to engage a new generation of learners. The organization’s advisory board recently approved the organization’s new name -- Holocaust, Genocide and Human Rights Project -- and a new logo. Both are designed to confirm the Project’s enduring value to the college and community.
The Holocaust, Genocide and Human Rights Project is MCC’s unique organization for telling the stories of the Holocaust and other genocides while transforming individuals to become advocates for human rights. Look for more information in the fall issue of the Project’s newsletter in your mailbox and/or on campus in early December.
Congratulations to the Project for receiving a Bronze Medallion award from the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations District I for the Project's biannual newsletter.
