MCC Faculty, Staff, and Students Involved in Local Professional Theatre Production

Several folks from MCC are involved in TYKEs' production of A Year With Frog and Toad. TYKEs (Theatre Young Kids Enjoy) is a Rochester-based professional theatre that caters to children. Heather Fox, an adjunct theatre professor here at MCC, directs the production, and Kate Sweeney, MCC Theatre's Technical Assistant, designed lights and stage managed. Three MCC students are also involved in the show: Nicholas Gerwitz plays the ever-popular Snail, Doug Hampton is the assistant stage manager, and Amanda Walter is a member of the running crew. Nick was featured earlier this week on Channel 8's News at Noon promoting the show.

A Year With Frog and Toad will be performed this weekend at the Jewish Community Center on Edgewood Ave. Go to "https://www.tykestheatre.org" for ticket information and showtimes.
