Last Day to Complete Surveys for Candidates for AVP of Enrollment Management


Today is the last day to submit survey results for the candidates for the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management. The brief biographies and links to the surveys are below:

Tanya Lane-Martin, Candidate for Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management

Tanya Lane-Martin has served as Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management at Genesee Community College, Batavia New York, since 2008. She also served as Director of Admissions (8/1998–8/2008) and Admissions Counselor (11/1997–8/1998). Prior to joining Genesee Community College, she served as Assistant Director of Admissions (5/1995–11/1997) at St. John Fisher College. For the past 25 years, Tanya has committed herself to leading teams that help students achieve their academic and career goals by serving in many other student support and administrative roles at four different institutions.

Ms. Martin earned her M.S. in Public Administration from SUNY College at Brockport and her B.A. in Communications–Research and Theory, Alfred University.

Ms. Martin is a 2004 Chancellor’s Award Winner and serves on multiple College and external committees.

Dr. Adetokunbo Oredein, Candidate for Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management

Dr. Adetokunbo Oredein has served as Director of Enrollment Management & Student Success at Oglala Lakota College since 2015. His responsibility spans four campuses and 5 smaller centers where he coordinate activities for the offices of Academic Advisement, Admissions, Campus Life (including Student Living Operations, Tribal Affairs and Student Activities), Career Services, Educational Opportunity Program, Financial Aid, Intercollegiate Athletics (NCAA Division III), Judicial Affairs, Leadership and Community Development. Prior to his current role, Adetokunbo interned at Salt Lake City Community College from August 2014 – March 2015 in partial fulfillment of his Ph.D. He also served as Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management & Student Success at Alcorn State University from 2013-2014.

Dr. Oredein earned his Ph.D. in College Leadership and Administration from Mississippi State University, his Master’s in Counselor Education, and his Bachelors of Science in Social Work.

Dr. Oredein is an active member of numerous professional organizations and serves on multiple College and external committees.

Christine Casalinuovo-Adams, Candidate for Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management

Christine Casalinuovo-Adams has served as Interim Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management at Monroe Community College since October 2016. She previously served as Director of Admissions where her responsibilities included leading a staff of twenty-two, overseeing the recruitment plan, Admissions team, Orientation/FYE team, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, and Placement Testing. Christine previously served as Admissions Counselor (1996-2000) at the College at Brockport, State University of New York.

Ms. Casalinuovo-Adams earned her M.S. in Higher Education Administration at the College at Brockport, State University of New York and a B.A. in English Writing Arts at the State University of New York at Oswego.

Christine is a Noel Levitz National Recruitment and Marketing Award winner, 2015 and serves on multiple College and external committees.

Jennifer McDonald - Candidate for Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management

Jennifer McDonald has served as Executive Director of Admissions and Student Success Services at Mott Community College, in Flint, MI since 2012. Previously she served as Executive Director of Student Financial Services (2010–2012), Executive Director of Systems and Operational Improvement (2009–2010), Resource Administrator (2007–2009), and Administrator of Systems and Communications (2005–2007). She is a long serving enrollment and student success professional with expertise in internal process analysis and methods development, student enrichment, student services, finance, compliance and disability access programs, and coordination and evaluation of admissions, recruitment and enrollment programs.

Ms. McDonald is a Ph.D. candidate in Higher Education Leadership at Capella University, Minneapolis, MN. She earned her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix and her Associate in General Studies, Mott Community College, Flint, MI.

Jennifer is actively involved with multiple professional organizations.
