Eat Well/Live Well Challenge- Week 3 Results

Another good week of MCC employee’s moving and eating more fruits and vegetables. Last week we had 117 meet the goal of taking 10,000 steps a day and eating 5 cups of fruits and vegetables. That was an increase of 10 from week 2. We also had 157 folks achieve one of the two goals for the week, which was 12 less than week 2. Each week as I review the log ins, I see increases and I am very pleased with the effort of all teams. This week the winners of incentives are as follows-$25 Wegman’s gift cart to Renee Dimino, EW/LW T-shirt to Pete Genovese, another EW/LW T-shirt to Domi Wells, $5 Aramark gift card to Pat Barnes and a water bottle, bottle of water and power aide bar from the bookstore to Roberta McKechney (our first two-time winner).

After three weeks, the fruits and vegetables consumption rankings are- Admissions, Techno Fit and VAPA 2 as the top 3.

For steps, Building 21, Applied Tech 1 and the MCC Red Hot Chili Steppers are the top 3.

There will be championship t-shirts for the best fruit and vegetable consumption during the challenge and for the most steps average for the team.

Keep up the good work.
