We are pleased to announce the hiring of Andrew Cole, effective today, as our new Dining Services Manager from Aramark. Andrew replaces Tony Struzik, who was called to Active Duty for the National Guard, and who will be serving in Iraq for 15 months.
Prior to coming to MCC, Andrew served in a variety of food service positions, including Resident Dining Director/Executive Chef for Ithaca College. During this time, he also served as the Northeast Chef and in this capacity was responsible for traveling the area training managers, chefs and line staff. His most current position was District Executive Chef for Western Pennsylvania Higher Education.
