Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Committee

Members of the college community have been selected to serve on the colleges Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Committee, and develop a new SEM Plan to be implemented in Fall 2022.  The new SEM plan will seamlessly connect to the college’s Strategic Plan and outline overarching goals and strategies for the future. The SEM Committee will work under the guidance of a SUNY-sponsored American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) coach, Dr. Laura Wankel, funded by a Lumina Foundation™ grant, and in collaboration with a cohort of SUNY community college enrollment leaders.

The Steering Committee members are:

Robin Cole, Vice President Economic and Innovative Workforce Solutions

Greg Hinton, CFO and Vice President

Jason Parker, Director, Learning Support Systems

Ryan Messenger, Assistant to the Vice President Student Services

Dan Raimondo, Academic Director, Career and Technical Education

Mike Jacobs, Dean of Humanities and Social Science

Doug Henneberg, Chair, Health and Physical Education

April Daniels, Faculty Senate Representative

Renee Dimino, SUNY Guided Pathways Facilitator

Mike Quinn, Controller

Eileen Wirley, Associate Vice President Technology Services

Terry Keyes, Associate Vice President, Instructional Services

William Dixon, Director. Institutional Research

Two subcommittees, Recruitment and Marketing Committee and Retention, Persistence, and Student Success Committee, will be formed to develop tactics that support new student enrollment, persistence and retention.  If you are interested in serving on one of these subcommittees, please email your interest to ccasalinuovo@monroecc.edu or mrambish@monroecc.edu

Enrollment is everyone’s responsibility, and we value your input, thoughts and ideas. The college community will have opportunity to provide input and feedback throughout the process, we encourage everyone to participate.
