WXXI-TV Report Includes Interview with Kathy Farrell

This weekend, WXXI’s “Need to Know Rochester” program focused on The Freedom Place Collection exhibit, currently in the Mercer Gallery through Feb. 27.

Host Helene Biandudi interviewed Kathy Farrell, director of Mercer Gallery, about the historical significance of the collection, the importance of bringing the artworks to the Rochester area, and the stories behind a few of the paintings. Biandudi also interviewed Robert Freeman, one of the artists whose work is part of The Freedom Place Collection.
