Building Online Student Success (BOSS) Program


BOSS is a program designed to assist students with learning about how to be successful in an online environment. Prior to the start of the semester, students who are new to online learning can elect to attend a 1 ½ hour, face-to-face BOSS workshop. The workshop covers topics such as time management, balancing responsibilities and setting priorities, study skills, MCC resources, and the course log-in process.

Please encourage students who are enrolled in online courses to take advantage of the BOSS program.  For students enrolled in Summer 2008 courses, BOSS is offered on the following dates:

Brighton Campus

Monday, May 19

Tuesday, May 20

2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Thursday, May 22
room 11-101
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
