"A Day in the Life" of MCC Captured May 4

As was first reported in March, reporters and photographers from the Democrat and Chronicle will be visiting MCC campuses on Tuesday, May 4 to capture “A Day in the Life” of MCC! Since January, the Democrat and Chronicle has produced a special monthly section (print and Web versions) on local colleges and MCC will be the focus of the May section.

WOKR-TV 13 has also partnered with the Democrat and Chronicle to promote the special section and MCC during select broadcasts that day.

Of course, the message we would all like to convey to our community is “There’s More to You. There’s More to MCC.

You can support this exciting opportunity by identifying the following by next Friday, April 30:

* If you would prefer reporters and photographers to not visit your office or classroom on May 4 (please identify your name, classroom/office and time you would prefer not be interrupted)

* If you are planning any special event, project and/or activity of interest that will be happening exclusively on May 4 (please identify the event name, location and time and a brief description).

Please provide your questions, preferences and feedback to Rosanna Condello in the Public Affairs Office, x3024, or via email at "mailto:rcondello@monroecc.edu" rcondello@monroecc.edu by Friday, April 30.

The reporters and photographers have already met with some of our student leaders and are eager to convey why MCC is an exceptional resource within our community. More information will be provided during the upcoming week.

Thank you for your cooperation with this important effort!
