Charlie Clarke Composition Published in Zachor Society Journal

“Engaging the Holocaust with a Secular Midrash,” by Charlie Clarke (Psychology), was published in the inaugural issue of Challenges: The Zachor Society Journal. The article explores how “engaging sacred stories (such as those of the Holocaust) helps us to explain past events and can direct future events.”

The journal can be accessed at https://www.zachorsociety.org/journal.cfm.

The Zachor Society was founded by eminent Holocaust scholar and Methodist minister, Dr. Franklin H. Littell (1918-2009).The organization is an outgrowth of the Master of Arts in Holocaust and Genocide Studies Program (MAHG) at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

Dr. Littell was the keynote speaker for the Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Project’s annual Kristallnacht program in 2005.
