The Travel Club, The Hospitality Club and Reflections Restaurant (MCC Brighton Campus) will be joining forces with the National Restaurant Association in a nation-wide fundraising effort to support the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The week of October 3-7, the students working in Reflections Restaurant will be collecting all of their tip money to donate to this cause. In addition, Travel Club and Hospitality Club members will be sitting outside the food court on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday of that week between noon - 1 p.m. taking your donations. They will have cans for you to "Chuck a Buck for the American Red Cross". If anyone would like to "Chuck a Buck" through the interoffice mail, please address them to either Janet Zinck or Diane Cheasty in the Hospitality Department. If you would prefer to write a check, checks can be made out to "The American Red Cross - Dine for America"
