Reflections will be open during the Fall Festival on Wednesday, October 5th from 11:30am - 1:20pm. Drop in and enjoy a tasty meal prepared by the Food Service students and served by the Hospitality Management students. Also, don't forget that this week October 3-6, the students working in Reflections Restaurant will be donating all of their tip money to the American Red Cross for victims of Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. If you don't have time for lunch, feel free to drop off a donation at the restaurant. We hope that you will join us!!!
