MCC Alert System: Confirm/Update Your Info


MCC Alert <https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/pstd/mcc-alert-system/> , powered by Rave, is MCC’s tool for conveying emergency messages to students and employees. These messages are sent to protect lives and assets while minimizing campus disruption.

To ensure your safety and with the approaching winter season, please take a moment to sign up, confirm and/or update your information in the MCC Alert system. MCC students and employees are signed up automatically with their MCC email address only. Any additional contact information —personal phone numbers (for calls and texts) and e-mail addresses — will need to be added by the student or employee.

Sign up, confirm and/or update your contact information via the MCC Portal. Simply log into myMCC. Students Should then select the My Account tab and then the MCC Alert channel (middle column at the bottom). Employees should select the Banner tab and choose the MCC Alert channel (lower left hand corner). Once you have selected this option, you will have the opportunity to add or update contact information as often as necessary.  Please note that, if you choose to receive notifications via text and/or voice messaging, you agree to incur any applicable costs from your carrier for receiving these messages.  By adding or updating contact information, you will be agreeing to the MCC Alert privacy statement and to receiving notifications from MCC Alert at the contact information provided.
