Did you know that all MCC students regardless of age have a new NYS health requirement?
Students can choose one of the following options:
1. Receive the meningitis vaccine (available through the Monroe County Health Department)
OR
2. Submit documentation to decline the vaccination- a waiver form is available in Health Services, and online on the Health Services Web site www.monroecc.edu/go/health under "Forms."
Students who do not complete the requirement will be withdrawn from classes, and will not receive course credit. Financial Aid will be affected. The deadline for completion of the requirement is Wednesday, November 30th.
