Scholarships for Latinos The National Council of La Raza (NCLR) – the largest national Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States – works to improve opportunities for Hispanic Americans.
Scholarships, grants, and other opportunities are available to youth, students, and young adults in order to increase the number, capacity, and influence of young Latino leaders in the United States.
