Linking with Perceptive Content

To this point in time, our imaging product Perceptive Content has integrated (linked) with Banner only within a Google Chrome Banner session. We now have, however, a set of Application Plans in Perceptive Content that may be used to link documents to Banner in a Firefox session.

The Application Plans used against Chrome are named, for example, 'Student Records - SAAADMS', for use in linking to SAAADMS when using Chrome.

The Application Plans used against Firefox are named, for example, 'Student Records - FF SAAADMS', for use in linking to SAAADMS when using Chrome.

So if you're having trouble with Chrome, or you simply prefer to use the Firefox browser, look for the application plan with the FF in the name, preceding the name of the linking Banner page.

Hopefully this offers a little flexibility for you. Feel free to forward questions to me. If issues arise, please submit a Tech Request.

Thanks.
