Description: We’ve all been using Zoom for lectures, but what about in labs? Can Zoom be an effective way to engage remote students at home in hands-on lab classes? Join Chef Angela Douglas from MCC’s Hospitality Management department in a presentation and discussion about her experiences using Zoom in lab classes, including best practices, lessons learned and classroom management strategies.
