MCC welcomes popular relationships speaker, Ellen Gootblatt. Known for her intense and “high-velocity” presentations, Gootblatt was the creator and host of “Getting Together with Ellen Gootblatt,” a number-one rated talk radio show on the WABC network. Drawing on her education and 22 years of experience as a junior high and high school teacher in Harlem, Gootblatt speaks from the heart about friendship, family, self-esteem, values and ethics, abuse issues, career, diversity, leadership and sexuality.
Very popular on college campuses across the country, Gootblatt tells her audiences that “relationships should be easy, not tear your guts out.” She outlines 10 premises on which she bases her philosophies of human relationships, and clearly reaches audiences, both young and old, with her high energy delivery.
