Cyber Training - still time to finish

Although the fall cyber security awareness training campaign has ended, the annual training is still available to any employee in an active job assignment.

To avoid having your password set to a 7 day expiration cycle, please ensure that your initial 15 minute 2019 Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness Training and any refresher training you may have been assigned after clicking on a phishing email is completed. You can check the status of your training by signing into the KnowBe4 training system (instructions below).

Adjuncts should not wait until the end of their job assignment to take the training. We have had situations in which the job assignment ended in Banner, which resulted in the adjunct being prevented from accessing the training system. In that case, the training cannot be taken until there is an active job assignment in Banner.
