Celebrate a Special Mom With a Gift to the STAR Power Scholarship

This Mother's Day, we invite you to honor the mothers in your life by supporting MCC students, like Molly Bergman '21, who are single parents striving to make a better future for their families. Molly will graduate from MCC's nursing program this fall and had this to share about being a STAR Power Scholarship recipient:

“This scholarship is such an enormous gift to my family. In light of the extraordinary circumstances that all of us are currently facing, the challenges of earning an education while parenting and supporting a household are greater than ever. As childcare is scarce and respite services have been indefinitely halted, this scholarship makes it possible for me to continue my degree program. Thank you for your investment in my education.”

Since 2015, the STAR Power Endowed Scholarship has eased the financial burden of juggling school, work, and family for dozens of women. Your support makes a difference as they strive to create a better life for themselves and their families.

Mother's Day is May 9. Those honored with a gift will receive a special Mother's Day card from the MCC Foundation.

Thank you for your support!
