Monroe Community College will have an informational booth at the Puerto Rican Festival, August 5-7th. The booth will offer festival patrons an opportunity to explore MCC programs, services, and employment. Dedicated MCC staff will be available to answer questions and share the MCC message with the community.
Interested in joining us? Volunteers are still welcome to help staff the MCC booth. Staff would work in pairs for a four hour shift, attend FAQ and website training beforehand, keep statistics on booth visitors, and receive a custom “MCC, Estamos Aqui Para Ti” polo shirt. And don’t worry if you don’t speak Spanish. We will be sure to have a fluent Spanish speaker available at all times.
