Live Chat Coming Soon!

Student Services is excited to introduce a live chat service. This will be an additional tool for students to connect and engage with our offices in Enrollment Management

Live chat is faster than email, more efficient than phone and provides a method for our MCC visitors to contact our offices in real-time, acquiring information instantly. During a live chat session, staff can simultaneously access student information, connect with other departments, add notes and transfer students to other offices if additional expertise is needed.

Live chat will complement our AI Ask TRIB411, which was introduced last year and is available through our website. Ask TRIB411 is an Artificial Intelligent Agent that is available 24/7 where the live chat will be available during college business hours. A soft go live is scheduled for May 20, and will be available through wwww.monroecc.edu.

Admissions, Financial Aid, Advising and Transfer Services and Registration & Records will be the first departments to offer this service. Additional support will be provided by Student Services downtown staff. Thank you to Doug Miller, Assistant Director Enrollment Management, for leading our team through this exciting opportunity.
