The Global Union International Students Association will be hosting their 7th International Day Celebration on Wednesday, April 23rd from 11:30am to 2:00pm in the MCC Gymnasium.
Historically, this event has been one of the most successful and well attended events on campus. We anticipate this year's event will live up to that tradition. The students have a great line up of entertainment this year (something for everyone). Headlining our program this year will be Brazilian Dancers/Storytellers "Capoeira", theatrical dance group "PUSH", The Irish Dancers, from the O'Keefe School of Irish Dance, Flamenco Dancer and other surprise talents.
Besides entertainment, we will have vendors selling specialty candles and jewelry along with table displays showing items from different countries. For your taste buds, there will be sample foods available for $3.00.
Please bring your students, staff members and most of all yourself to this wonderful event. It's time to get ready for spring and loosen up a little.
